Most of us are foodies. we like delicious foods,what ever it could be a veg or nonveg. But keeping fit is much more important than satisfying our taste buds.
It demands strong determination to keep ourself fit and healthy. I have some tips for getting motivated always.
1. Don't get bored by practicing the same workouts in the morning. If you feel so, have some good music while doing..
2. Just have balanced diet 2 or 3 times a day. Don't think about it more than that.
3. Avoid added sugar. It can be replaced with natural honey.
4. Increase the intake of dry fruits...
